I have a Toast button and a Bake/Broil dial on my gifted white B&D Toaster oven. Don't know if my mom bought it new a couple of years ago or at an estate sale. But my toast always browns on top as I have it set to Broil having pushed Toast as well but the bottom is soft and untoasted. What am I not guessing? I cannot find a model number anywhere on the plug or bottom of machine.
