I purchaesed my toaster oven on 10/21/11 the rostisserier doesnt work the part where the rod sticks in the hole on the left side of the unit keeps coming out of the unit i would like to know if i could send it back to your company. i have the 1 yr manufacturers warranty? i dont have have box it was damaged do to the weather. i do have proof of purchase. Other then that i do love the unit it cooks very well.
