0 i have had the oven for about 9 months B&D MODEL 150R and the coil/heating lamp was burned. i have called and they said to exchange only with receipt. cannot replace the heating lamp. no receipt no exchange. also do not replace heating lamp. the whole oven has to go in the garbage , how sad!
