Black & Decker 2.7 Cu. Ft. Refrigerator/Freezer (Black)MODEL # BCFA27B. The door was left open for three days and the freezer portion is covered in ice. What do I need to do?

4 Take out everything in the fridge - unplug it and leave the door open. Place a small pan inside under where the ice is so that when it melts, it falls into this pan. Let it set until all the ice has fallen off. Then remove the pan (empty it of course) and turn it back on. When temp has reached correct degree, put your groceries back inside and never forget to close the door again!
