I have a Black and Decker Model BCFA27 undercounter refrigerator. It seems to be freezing everything even at the lowest setting. There is a wire hanging inside the frig, It looks like it should be clipped to something rather than just hanging in the frig. If there are supposed to be clips, they are missing and I need to buy some if that is the problem. If it is, where can I get the parts? If that is not the problem, any ideas?
