Refrigerator bought new in august for my son college room, the silver wire from the theromostat that look like it was tape to the freezer has come a loose from what I understand. The refrigerator is set to 1 but all item in it is frozen , what could be causing this , does this silver wire need to be attached to the freezer or where for everything to work properly
