Question About Black & Decker Rice Cooker RC400/RC500
amount of water for 4 scoops of rice...

The manual says for 4 scoops of rice to add water up to the 4 line. Is the water amt. line in cups or scoops?

0 the water line is in cups and also liters, but my question is how much is one scoop, because we have lost the scoop. Is the scoop one cup or what?
