Question About Black & Decker Rice Cooker RC446
cup measurement...

I received the rice cooker from a friend. I found the manual on line. But the measurements have me confused. Does 2 measurements of rice mean 2 cups of rice? It then says to put water up to the 2 water line. So my question is how much is a rice measurement that equals the 2 line. Thanks for your help
