Question About Black & Decker Rice Cooker HS90
How to make rice...

I have a Blacker & Decker Handy Steamer model HS80. I've never used it and would like to know how. Just for rice (jasmine rice). Could any one please just tell me how much liquid to rice ratio???? Thanks so much, Sara

0 for white regular rice---1cup rice-1 1/2 cup water time 35 min. make 3 1/2 cups
