After the rice is done cooking and the rice cooker enters the warming cycle, there is a burning plastic smell radiating from the rice cooker. Is this a manufacturing problem, as this is the second of this rice cooker I have purchased and has this same problem.

0 I just bought this same black and decker personal size rice cooker. I cooked rice for the first time and smelled plastic burning. Then I looked at the rice carefully, and saw plastic film sheets on some of the bottom parts of the rice. I'm not eating it, is this a problem?
