Question About Black & Decker Rice Cooker RC3406
rice measurements...

The rice measure cup does not show 1 rice measure, 2 rice measure, etc. It shows 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup and 3/4 cup. The rice turns out mushy. Do I have the right part?
