BOTTOM LOADING WATER DISPENSER...

HOT WATER IS NOT REFILLING, CAP FOR BOTTLE IS SPLIT, IS THAT WHY? WHERE CAN I GET ANOTHER ONE, IF THIS IS SO?

1 Same problem! I need another one of those caps with the hole in it! We just bought this about a month ago and it's not working!

0 I did some research and cant fine where to buy the replacement part for my bottom loading water dispenser. "PART STORE" doesnt carry this model :(
