My black and decker hidden bottle water cooler, model 10-001B suddenly stopped dispensing water when we push the buttons. It has worked beautifully for the past 2 years. We have put a new bottle into the unit but it still does not dispense water. Lights are all on so there is definitely power coming to it. The help line 1-888-828-1426 just continually rings. Please help.
