5 All of those were checked.i can here the motor working when I close the door but when I press the cold water dispenser no water comes out.

0 " Make sure the power cord is properly connected to a working outlet. " Make sure the probe connection with the water bottle forms a complete seal. " Make sure the door is closed.

0 am i hearing you correctly, it's just the cold? the hot works ok? sounds clogged, is it possible that a foreign object is wedged in the cold dispenser
