We purchased a black and decker hot and cold water dispenser in December of 2012. Model #8LIECH- SSF-DCOS. This is the model where the bottle sits in the bottom of the dispenser. I have been very happy up until now. The water has a very ugly taste and wondering what the problem is. There was no manual with the dispenser so not sure what to do.
