water pump is making high pitched noise. Need to ...

water pump is making high pitched noise. Need to order or rebuild the pump? I need to diagnose the problem and I need the technical manual to change this out myself. This is a modified Blakeslee and is used as a bottle washer for 5-gallon bottles.
