blanco bfdwc65x diswasher doesnt heat as well as i...

blanco bfdwc65x diswasher doesnt heat as well as it should. Plumed it to the hot water, put a dishwasher cleaner in, programed it at 70 C and it didnt dissolve it but was still hot but not over 65 C like the diswasher cleaner said it had to be on to work. Does anyone know what is wrong? Does it need a new element?
