5 I don't have the 'X' model but this is what works for the BMS-601. Push both of the buttons furthest to the left of the oven and then twist the small dial that is to the right of them. If you power off the oven at the fuse box and then switch it back on - these two buttons have flashing indicators above them which prompt you to set the time in this way.
