My oven from day one has been a lemon. I have had the panel with the knobs changed twice and was told in the that there was a fault after all. Still the same issue another 18months on and the ink on the oven is rubbing off, eventually I wont know that is what on it. I tried numerous times to explain the heat is coming out the top, I am sat on the floor now cooking a roast and watching the steam escape at the top, the knobs are too hot to touch!
