Blodgett DFG 100/200 stacked convection oven: I need some guidance trouble shooting an intermittent problem. The customer says that once in a while it "won't come on." But when I got there, it was working fine. Do the ignitors on these things fail intermittently, like on a gas furnace? Or the the electronics get confused? Thank you, Brian
