OVEN SET AT 350F, PLACED A DIGITAL TEMP TESTER, TEMP CONSTANTLY FLUCTUATE FROM 350 TO 330 AND CYCLE BACK AND FORTH. WILL NOT MAINTAIN AT THE SET TEMP OF 350F. HELP THANKS SONNY
