Question About Blodgett Convection Oven CTBR-1
Heats Slowly...

Our oven heats, but it is very slow coming to temperature. I takes even longer to arrive at temperatures over ~375 to 400. Everything else seems to work. Could this be a result of one of the elements being burned out? Any other possibilities?
