Dishwasher runs through wash cycles (has 2), then only does 1 rinse (usually does 3) before stopping. It will not finish the rinse or dry cycles. A "repairman" came and pulled it out, checked the hose and deemed it fixed. After running it once, it is back to not completing cycles. I can run it 2 times with incomplete cycles then it will not run again.
