5 Check the holes in the arms. Make sure they are not blocked. Water needs to run freely. You may have either a faulty spray arm, they are obstructed, or not locking into socket properly or fully. Possibly an alternating valve fault. I would consider calling company and hopefully it's under warranty. They should be able to assist further. I hope you get this resolved. :)
