Bosch Dishwasher Model # SHY66C0SUC/14 won't dispe...

Bosch Dishwasher Model # SHY66C0SUC/14 won't dispense water when started in any cycle. It just makes a gurgling sound...like its draining water. How can I get it to begin a cycle...like 'quick wash'.
