Please I need the users manual. I paid a lot of money for this and I am not happy since I never got a manual or any of the parts to install this thing. I will not use it until I get one please find one. I see no reason to join anything to recieve what I should have had to start with. Please help me as I am not happy with a product that I can not run. Thank you,,, Rose Oliver
