The cycle selection buttons do not operate. I have on 3 occasions had small white plastic L-shaped parts fall on the floor. I suspect that these have come from the control panel resulting in its inoperability. A Bosch maintenance manual might give me a clue as to where these parts belong. The washer is stuck on the delicate/economy cycle which fortunately works.
