Fitting upper spray arm...

The upper Spray arm on our SGS4332 recently became detached. I couldn't replace it, so thinking it was broken ordered a new part. Can someone please help on how the arm is attached to the feeding pipe?

0 it looks like it attaches to the feed pipe but actually attaches to the upper rack and when you slide the rack in and close the door, it is pushed up against the feed tube.
