I got a used Bosch dishwasher model SHU4306UC/U06....

I got a used Bosch dishwasher model SHU4306UC/U06. How do I stop and reset a cycle or make it run a shorter length of time. I REALLY DON'T NEED IT TO RUN FOR 90-135 MINUTES. I like to decide on cycle time based upon items being cleaned and their level of cleanliness to start with.
