Question About Bosch Appliances Dishwasher sgs43a52gb/35
I need to clear the waste pipe...

A glass smashed in the machine and I think a piece has got stuck in the outflow system and has jammed the outflow. I have tried to get access to the inner workings of the machine and have undone the screws but the plastic insert does not want to budge and I do not want to break it. How do I remove it? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
