I own the SHX33A05UC model dishwaher for only 5 ye...

I own the SHX33A05UC model dishwaher for only 5 years. The washer appears to be acting up now. I turn the washer on and it starts to make a sound before I even close the door. If I pour water into it, the suction works but no water comes out to do the cycle. Somethng wrong with the water pump? Please advise... Vanda
