We have a SHU9916UC/U11 and it has been fine for 3 years. Recently we had new countertops put in and we now see that the machine tips forward when opened causing the sliding shelves to fall forward. This is because the brackets mounting the DW to the under side of the counter are no longer attached to the front of the DW.Only a single screw was used to attach to the counter top underside for each bracket, allowing these to twist or rotate. I cannot see an obvious way to reattach them to the DW. Can you help? I still have the user manual but not the installation one. Thanks and Happy New Year! Many thanks.
