My bosch lifestyle dishwasher no longer dissolves ...

My bosch lifestyle dishwasher no longer dissolves the tablets. This happens irrespective of whether the plastic sliding brdige opens or not. Even placing the tablet directly in the middle rack cradle does not dissolve the tablet. We have even tried different "Finish" tablet types.
