Our SHU9912uc/u11 dishwasher is not cleaning the dishes as is should. There is a white residue on the walls and parts of the dishwasher, and brown or dark residue on the dishes. It appears that it heats up and sterilizes normally, but does not clean and rinse properly. We were using the Cascade cubes, but I thought they were not dissolving completely, so switched to the Finish liquid gel. We still have the problem.
