water will not empty out when in use and while it is draining it sounds like the pump is pulsing. the drain line is open and seems to drain easily. We had the new mother board installed about a year ago.When you hit the cancel and drain button the machine clicks and growels and eventually it will eventually drain except for the bottom of the basin.
