Soap Dispenser not opening during cycle...

Soap dish will not open and dispense soap on any cycle. I have door off and can manually . How can I trouble shoot or fix?

0 The dispenser needs to be replaced. Take off the front panel and put in new dispenser. It is a very tight fit so you may need to use water on the gasket. The other option is to start your dishwasher and wait 15 minutes and then add the soap.
