0 SOUNDS LIKE THE SPRAY ARM IS CLOGED UP, ARE YOU USING THE LITTLE PLASTIC DISHWASHER PACKETS? MOST OF THE TIME THOSE PLASTIC PACKETS WILL NOT TOTALLY DISOLVE, AND THEYY WIND UP INSIDE THE SPRAY ARM. YOU CAN PULL THE ARE OFF AND DIG OUT THOSE LITTLE PACKETS. BE THERE-DONE THAT. I STARTED OPENING THE PACKETS AND JUST POURING THE GUP INTO THE SOAP DISP. HOPE THIS HELPS.

0 Thanks, but I was using powder soap. I cleaned the arms and took out the plastic pipe running to the top sprayer and cleaned it. The top sprayer is the only one that does not spin. I also replaced the water inlet valve but no luck.
