we have found that at the end of the cycle there is still water in the bottom of the washer. The filters are clean, so is the problem something to do with the actual controls not working properly? After 2-3 resets.... the washer did go through the full cycle and did empty, so I am thinking that it must be related to the mechanics of the switches or their operation... Suggestions ?
