lhave had this dishwasher 1 day. we lost the manual. How do you turn it on and off? it worked one time but water stayed in the bottom. now when I press buttons, hear a soft whirring sound but nothing happens. Only way to stop it was to turn off circuit breaker. when i turn breaker on the whirring sound resumes. the on off buttoms don't do anything. HELP< please.
