We use a rinse aid and have a household water softener but our Dishwasher has just started to leave a white baked on film which is difficult to remove even by handwashing and scrubbing. This film ends up on mugs, dishes, some cutlery and we have cleaned all filters and filter baskets. The water temp inside is not really hot, but not cold either and the dry cycle is really hot
