Question About Bosch Appliances Double Oven HBE 660A
Problem with grill...

I have a grill problem with the top oven. The element glows red no matter which grill setting the switch is set to (1-9). However when used as an oven the temperature is controlled by the oven switch setting. Are there 2 thermostats 1 for the grill and 1 for the oven? or is the problem something else?
