My Bosch Intelligent 32 upright freezer is making ...

My Bosch Intelligent 32 upright freezer is making a buzzing noize every 10 minutes (for about 5 seconds) and ends with a click sound. Still freezing, however, alarm beeps occassionally. Been so for days. No manual - bought it 2nd hand. What to do?
