We defrosted our Bosch Intelligent Freezer 32 and when we can to switch it back on the alarm light flashes together with the -22 light. When I push the alarm button the alarm stops for a few seconds and then starts again. If I change the Temp setting from -22 to -18, when I press the alarm button the alarm stops for a few seconds and then restarts and sets the temp back to -22. Alarm keeps sounding and it does not get cold.

0 I have a Bosch Intelligent 32 freezer. The red alarm light stays on permanently and the green temperature light keeps flashing. It appears also that the temperature is no longer working as the temperature in the freezer is not cold. Could this be the element or thermostat?
