Hi, I am having trouble cleaning my oven following the self clean instructions. I have tried to turn my oven onto full temperature for 40 mins as prescribed but nothing was cleaned. I also tried to put a dish of boiling water into the over and tried again for 40 minutes but still nothing was cleaned. Please advise whether we are doing something wrong or if not, how else you would recommend we clean the over. Can we use oven cleaner?
