I'm renting a house with Bosch ovens. The upper unit has an option for convection roast, bake, and broil; then thaw, bake, broil, and self-clean. The lower unit has the option to bake, broil, and self-clean. I cannot identify or find the model number or have an owners manual. I turned on the self-cleaning unit for both ovens but the door lock dot didn't light up or begin the self-cleaning process. What model do I have?
