i encountered an error beep when i tried to set the fast preheat then noticed the Probe indicator set?! oven is relatively new, have only used it less than (6xs) in the past year and a half and have never used the probe function. i can't seem to get rid of this message, tried inserting the probe and removing, even tried turning oven (power) off and nothing?! any idea whats wrong and how to correct.
