The main fan oven on this Bosch HBN91 double oven ...

The main fan oven on this Bosch HBN91 double oven has stopped heating although fan and light still work. It blew fuses when this went wrong on 24 Dec 2012. Is it likely to be an element or a temperature monitor coil? Advice and manual would be welcome
