Keeps showing error code 43. What are some things that we can do to fix this without initiating a service call?

2 The manual states to turn off the electricity to the stove at the circuit breaker for five minutes - to see if the lock will reset. this did not work for me. In my case this meant that the motor to open the door was broken.
