The rubber seal has come loose in 3 places and I'd like to take the warmer drawer out to clean it and see if I can reseat the seal. The left side of the drawer appears to be open to removing the drawer but the rght side catches on something preventing us from removing the drawer. I saw a black lever near the sliding mechanism on the side of the drawer.. Working with this lever has not helped dislodge it however. Please let me know how to remove the drawer.
