Bosch refrigerator Model B20CS80, freezer temperat...

Bosch refrigerator Model B20CS80, freezer temperature is set to -6 but the water for the ice maker does not freeze. I don't hear any fan in the freezer or refrigerator. Any suggestion of what is wrong.
